The hotel was conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the New Year festivities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service. the hotel offered a variety of amenities, including comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast selection.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were stains on the walls and marks on the furniture, giving the impression that the rooms were not properly maintained.

This hotel is located in a nice area just outside the city centre, making it convenient for public transport and exploring Glasgow. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, and I particularly liked the walk-in shower in my room. The breakfast options were excellent, with a choice of hot and cold food, including continental and cooked options.
That the wifi signal in the room was poor.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with adjustable heating and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of choices. The staff is helpful and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel also offers the option to leave luggage on departure, allowing guests to explore the city without the burden of carrying their bags.
Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the cleanliness of the shower room tiles and the need for a proper freshen up of the rooms.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location, with easy access to restaurants and a short walk to the city center. The hotel provides free parking and is right in front of a bus stop that goes directly to the airport, making transportation hassle-free. The room was a good size, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice selection, and the strong WiFi was a plus.
